The ultimate goal of The Shuff Law Firm is to protect the interests of every client, and to ensure that fair and equitable distribution of all community assets and debts is provided for in the Judgment of Dissolution.

In the best case scenarios, the parties are able to reach an amicable division of their community property assets and debts. In many cases; however, property division can be bitterly contested. To achieve a fair resolution of the division of community property, the Shuff Law Firm will consider the assets and debts in question and provide recommendations for an equitable disposition of those assets based upon a Marital Community and Separate Property Balance Sheet.

In instances involving business ownership by a party, the Shuff Law Firm may determine the necessity of engaging the services of a forensic accounting expert to conduct an analysis of the value of the business, as well as the cash flow and income of the business available for support. The Firm may also retain appraisers, actuarians, and other valuation experts, if necessary,  to ascertain the fair market value and characterization of other community assets.

The ultimate goal of The Shuff Law Firm is to ensure that all marital community and separate property assets, as well as all community and separate debts are disclosed, their values determined, and a fair and equitable distribution of the assets and debts is provided for in the Judgment of Dissolution.  The Shuff Law Firm has an outstanding reputation for achieving this goal.
